Contractors are required to fill out the W-9 form to provide their details to the business they are working for. This information is then used by the business to report the contractor's annual earnings on the 1099 form.

You just need a valid driver's license and insurance.

No matter how you deliver, you'll need to submit your W9 form. If you're delivering by car, you must be at least 19 years old, have a 2-door or 4-door car, and have a valid driver's license in your name.
